Beliefs
What We Believe...
Holy Bible
We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired and only infallible written word of
God and that it is the standard of faith and practice by which all human conduct
and action shall be tried 2 Peter 1:21, 2 Timothy 3:16.
The True Godhead
We believe the only one true and living God who is externally existed in three
distinct persons, The Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit John
17:21-26.
Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of Jesus, in his virgin birth, in his sinless life, in his
miracles, in his vicarious and atoning death, in his bodily resurrection, in his
ascension to the right hand of the father, in his personal future return to this
earth in power and glory. St Luke 1:26-35, Romans 3:24.
The Fall of Man
We believe that man was created to be holy, but by voluntary transgression fell
thus invoking the penalty of sin, which brings separation from God. Genesis 3:6-
7.
The Way of Salvation
We believe that salvation from sin has been made available to all through the
sacrifice of Jesus Christ who paid the penalty for all sin in his death and was
raised from the dead to give us eternal life and it is received by repentance from
sin and faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:7-9, 2 Corinthians 5:21.
Water Baptism
We believe that baptism in water is for all those who repent of there sins and
believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and had declared to the world that
they are united with Christ in his death buried and resurrection. St. Matthew
28:19. Romans 6:4.
Church Covenant
Having be led by the Spirit of God, to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our
Savior and on the profession of our faith having been baptized in the name of
the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, we do in the presence of
God angels and this assembly most solemnly and joyfully enter into the
covenant with one another as one body of Christ.
We encourage therefore by the aid of the Holy Spirit to walk together in
Christian love, strive for the advancement of this church in knowledge,
holiness and comfort to promote its prosperity and spirituality to sustain its
worship ordinances, discipline, doctrine and objective to contribute cheerfully
and regularity to the support of the ministry, the experiences of the church,
the relief of the poor and the spread of the gospel throughout all nations.
